PR-method services
The old way
- 1.Fork the registry repo on GitHub
- 2.Hand-edit JSON, pray the syntax holds
- 3.Open a PR and wait hours or days
- 4.Repeat the ritual for every DNS change
fork → edit → PR → wait…

Corporate social responsibility
The ecosystem gave us our start. This is our give-back.
Superuser Systems funds ships.ng outright: subdomains, edge, engineering. No builder ever pays to put an idea on the internet. Free forever isn't a promo. It's the model.
Transparency
Auditable by default.
Every subdomain is a JSON file in /domains/. Every tip lands in a public supporters ledger. One zone, fully auditable.

Questions
New to this? Start here.
No jargon. If you can fill a form, you can ship something.
What is ships.ng, exactly?+
A free web address ending in .ships.ng, like yourname.ships.ng. Point it at your portfolio, school project, shop, or app, and anyone can visit it in a browser.
Do I need to know coding?+
No. If you can fill in a form, you can use ships.ng. Type a name, check it is free, and you are live. No GitHub trickery, no waiting on strangers to approve you.
Is it really free? What is the catch?+
Really free, no catch. Superuser Systems pays for it as a community project. There is no checkout, no trial, and nothing to cancel. If you love it, you can leave a voluntary tip.
What can I use my address for?+
Class projects, portfolios, small business pages, event sites, APIs and prototypes. Anything legal. If it breaks our fair-use rules (spam, scams, impersonation), it gets taken down.
How long does it take?+
About ten seconds. Pick a name, claim it, point it where your site lives, and it works.
I made a typo. Can I change it?+
Yes. Delete (purge) the address and claim the correct spelling. You can also edit where it points at any time from your dashboard.
Will my site stay online?+
Your address runs on Cloudflare's global network, the same kind big companies use. As long as the site you point it to is up, your address works.
